“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge …” (Hosea 4:6).
Jesus said, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10) Because many of God’s people don’t know the Word concerning healing, finances, or some other thing … the thief (Satan) is able to steal, kill, and bring destruction in their lives.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” (3 John 2)
God’s plan for you … includes health!

“And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.” (Exodus 23:25)
God made a promise to remove sickness when we serve Him.

“He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” (Psalm 107:20)
Jesus was the Living Word. The Heavenly Father sent Jesus to provide deliverance from any thing that destroys. Jesus declared that He came to give us life, and to give it “more abundantly” … that means “more abundantly” than before the devil came to destroy.

“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
The Crucifixion made provision for both eternal life and healing.

“When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.” (Matthew 8: 16-17)
Jesus healed all that were sick. He fulfilled the prophecies of the Prophet Isaiah when he took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.”

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.” (Matthew 4:23)
There is no such thing as an incurable sickness or disease. Jesus Christ heals all of them!

“And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.” (Matthew 10:1)
Jesus, before He ascended into Heaven, gave power and authority to men to undo the works of the devil. Divine healing, as well as divine health, belongs to every “born again Christian”.

“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)
Healing was provided by the stripes that Jesus bore during the crucifixion.

“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” (James 5:16)
God had many ways of delivering healing to his people. One such way is through the fervent prayers of those who are in right standing with God.

Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Father, I thank you for providing for my healing on Calvary’s cross. I thank you for the stripes Jesus bore on His body to provide for my healing. By faith, right now … I receive my healing and I thank you for it. Father … Thank you for healing me. By Jesus stripes … I am healed! Amen.
